I prefer curl, but fsockopen probably the easiest.
It's part of MyBB and is setup automatically the task system.
Hello, can anyone help? My feeds are coming in fine, however it is importing the wrong items. The RSS feeds I have setup contain both a description field and also a content:encoded field.
How do i setup the autposter to import the <content:encoded> item instead ?

You would need to change the code. If contentencoded is found overwrite the description if it exists.

Some issues here - first the HTML is messed up, I disabled it for now, lets see how that goes.
Second, why did it post the same thing twice?

That's odd you have HTML disabled yet the bot is posting HTML?
It's a known issue no fix we attempt to strip html but doesn't always work.

I have the plugin successfully integrated on my test environment. Unfortunately, not the entire message, but only a part of the message is displayed. Is the RSS / Feed itself or do I have to make changes to the plugin?

The plugin just posts what is in the feed based on the content.
