Plugin after writing a topic doesn't update stats such as [numthreads] [numposts]
I have to rebuild - reload the cache manually.

I want to post the whole blog post from my own WordPress blog.
Unfortunately the plugin fetch the "description" and not the full "content".
Is it possible to change that?

Yes you can alter the plugin to pull in a different tag instead of description.
I tried to replace
$context['feeditems'][$i]['description']
with
$context['feeditems'][$i]['content:encoded']
but it still pulls the description.
