Why in MyBB, support Team doing the moderation job? Why not MyBB hire staff specially for moderation? Then the Support Team can give more time in the support forum.

I think this should be in the board 'MyBB.com' xD

There is a thing called too many hands in the pot. The more people, the more issues that will arise.

Sukanjan's point does make sense, however it seems that problems already get answered very quickly in the support forums.

We don't do support non-stop when we're online, there's no real need for standard moderators. All staff moderate, not just support staff.
