I am afraid we can not tell in order to protect the privacy of that user.
The page needs to be removed and/or updated to better reflect our new policies.
Also, we are not prepared to give details on matters that do not concern everyone. The concerned parties know why.
That page exists for forums that run MyBB 1.2 or earlier. It should be updated, yes.
