hi. I have a question how to make when we enter the user profile and there is a 'premium account' and I want to do that every user will have this in your profile so much that I want an administrator to access the ACP, and from there to look for a particular user and edit his profile and have an 'Account premium yes / no '

You could have a custom profile field for the 'Account Premium' thing. Then you could just make a new user group (which can access the premium stuff). Then when you want to upgrade a user you can change the group and the account premium status.
