Yes but since they are being sued and shut down at the moment, i'd think it would be a smart thing not to. Since when it comes back up (if it does) It will not likely be owned by the pirate happy owners it is now.

I am a pirate I got a @is.a-pirate.co.uk domain :3. Anyways downloading illegally is wrong, I stopped doing it a few years ago due to ethical reasons. I still download Diggnation weekly and Linux when I need it with uTorrent.

If i'm not correct, don't they both connect to the gnutella network? Make the GUI only different?
