Did you upload the plugins, if you did, is it to the correct place?

yea my site been up since may my site running fine i just cant see that section

one of your plugin contains a bug

Delete the plugins in your inc/plugins folder one by one. Refresh the page each time to see which one's causing the problem

You have uploaded a plugin that messed up the Plugin Section. Do you remember which one you uploaded last? If so remove that one first.
