How do I fix this problem?

Please run the updater script from 1.4.12 to 1.4.13. If that doesn't work, re-upload ../inc/fuctions.php
Please take a backup of files and databases!
I have run the updater 1.4.13.
No solution.
After that I re-upload ../inc/functions.php.
Again no result.
What to do now?
