I am currently using phpBB and thought I would like to try MyBB. Well I uploaded, and installed to a directory called forum:

As you can see nothing is shown. I have no idea where to look for a template either, since I just installed it like 5 minutes ago. I looked in the index.php file, but thats all greek to me. Can anyone help?
It might be a gzip problem.
Admin CP->Settings->Server Configuration->Use GZip Page Compression?
Set to no and submit.
Templates are stored in the database, mybb_templates, but they should be ok.
I can't even access the admin panel. All that showed was this symbol {

change yes to no

try to clean you cache, and cookies! and then try to browse them

I can see the admin panel, but the CSS isn't being loaded because of those ads.
If you go to
http://lodworld.procomputertech.net/forum/css.php then you can see that even the CSS has ads on them.
I'd recommend looking for another host imho. There is a list in the General Discussion forum.
However i have seen them with themes !! and they were (Y)
but i also urge u to change the host (just like decswxaqz sugg.)

ok I will upload it to another one of my free hosts ( i have many lol). This one has no ads.
Also, should I like this forum better then my phpBB, is there a conversion for transferring data from my forum to mybb?
