is there a simple way to do it? basically would like it to replace the forums when people click on the gallery, but still have the header of the forums I suppose.
You need to make a new theme and call the MyBB CSS, then edit theme.php to use MyBB CSS classes.
You also need to create a custom header and footer by copying the source code of your MyBB header and footer.

probably eaiser for me to just keep the image gallery separate then, lol.
