Just try reuploading the admin folder to public HTML, overwrite any files. Then try again

Delete admin folder, and re upload it, it should work, or if not, re upload myBB completely

Who is your host? You've probably got a host that's cut files out in places and stopped certain files being uploaded properly.

Just reupload the admin directory and make sure ALL the files are on the server.
