Can you explain what the problem actually is?? I'm not sure what you expect us to do with this level of information. Does it go back to being a guest?? Is there an error message?? What?? What's your URL??

everytime my members try to log in my forum by using
www.domain.com it works but when you enter domain.com ...(with out the www. in the front) they can't log in
anyway to fix this

Your cookie settings are wrong, but there's nothing more I can do to help with
www.domain.com, I need your actual URL like I asked before.
Also if your sure your cookie settings are set correctly try cleaning out your cookies.
Use a 301 redirect to redirect "domain.com" to "www.domain.com".
If your cookie setting is:
Domain: .www.domain.com
Change it to:
Domain: .domain.com
