this has be reported many times, anyway i have suggest a quick fix today over here. it is when an admin activate an awating activation user, that user isn't notified.
Now here it looks more as a suggestion: (as i dont see it much as a bug)
but we'd like to see it in mybb, and not to make a plugin for that reason!! it's very easy as u see, and we can include the message in messages.lang.php and instead of that little message in the fix i have provide, it can bigger!! but again , we'd like to see it by default and not a plugin
