For some reason users on my board cannot access attachments, Admins can, mods can but general users cant ?

Are you sure you're changing the permission on the correct user group?

I am edditing registered users group

Have you set custom permissions for the forum this attachment is in??

Thanks Matt, it was the individual forum permissions that had been changed.
