Images such as the loader and footer appear with no issue http://deptnav.net/forum/images/blackevo4/logo.png
They use the images I uploaded - everything else is using images from http://deptnav.net/forum/images/ such as http://deptnav.net/forum/images/on.gif (note that it's not using images in the theme folder that I uploaded and using the default images folder)
I did change the image directory in settings but this problem is still occurring and I've no idea why.
