i installed mybb and everything gone smoothly , but i have a serious problem affecting my whole board
mass mail does not send mail to yahoo ,msn ,hotmail, gmail ,...
i tried testing script and it says mail sent but no mail in my box !
can some one help me? some people say something about php.ini but only administrator of server can access this file, i cant have access to it
i really need a working solution
can be this because php mailer that mybb use isnot standard?

MyBB uses the PHP mail function which seems not to be installed etc. Please contact your host about that problem.
can you please give more detail about that function?

as i said before, i run a script for testing this function is enable or desable
and test showed that it was enable!
But you also said that you didn't get the email. Please contact your host to make sure that everything is ok.
what function this mybb mailer need to be enable in php.ini or on my host?

i decide to move my site to godady servers anyone can tell me how the mybb mailer work there? any problem with them?
i tested and it just send mail to me and one other mail that is on my server
cant send mail to any other mail(yahoo, hotmail, gmail ,...)
i checked it on my outlook to see if it send mail to other mail such as hotmail..
yahoo and it worked!!!
but as i said mybb mailer does not sent mail to other mails account
