Right now, unregistered cannot see my forum at all. I enabled everything for them in parent forum permission, but they still cannot see the forum.

I actually tried a parent forum which I set guest can view the child forums too. But they still cannot see the forum. What's wrong??

Please run the file from this post. After that rebuild the caches forums and forumpermissions (Admin-CP -> Cache Manager). See if that fixes your problem.

Do you have 'Can view' set to no on the Usergroup permissions page for "Unregistered / Not Logged In"?
