Anyone who can design a theme for my forum

For free? Blue and White are the color theme but feel free to do anything, since I'm a free forum hosted, you may join my forum, PM me a theme you can do and then I'll make you admin and can you make a theme via the Admin CP?

I'll do it, if you let me include a few links in it.

Can you do it without those FTP stuffs? My forum came from free forum hosting so I have no FTP access and such
