I am making a website(in php of course), but i had to use a template since i cant make one myself.
I know just the basic tags in html and no CSS. I have tried to learn them, but i can't concentrate...i read, but nothing gets in my head.

Does anybody know how i can design my own layout for my site?

Imo best way is too look at Dreamweaver templates. Its how i learned. Positioning is the hardest part i find. Well that and IE.

Get a template that fits the layout you want and modify it for your needs. You'll learn by looking at templates that are coded well.

Google stuff, i learnt by modifying free templates.... and then googling stuff, that is the easiest way i found.
