Whenever someone posts a post on my forum, my site will not work for that person for about an hour. It will just load a blank page, it will post the post though. It's very annoying and I don't know what's causing it. Anyone heard of something like this happening before or experienced it?

And I don't have any plugins. I did have two of them, but I deleted them.
Could a theme break it?
