I have aproblem with all moderation options
if i chose any option like this

i try it with all explorers, styles even the default, moderators and all topics and departments
also, i disabled all hackes and the same ???
Make sure you have moderator permissions.
Iam sure from the moderator and the sections permissions
if u want screen shots i will make them for you
any help please

None of those are the showthread_moderationoptions template... it's that one specifically, nothing else on the end.

If it's telling you it's default with that code in it then you've not run the upgrade script for a very long time. This template was changed in November 2008 so you've not run the upgrade script for well over a year and a half. Go to yoursite.com/install/upgrade.php, choose the option with 1.4.0 in it from the list, run through the wizard.

I have already installed the last version of mybb

What was the first version you installed?? I know you'll be on 1.4.13 now but the master copy of the showthread_moderation options is over a year and a half out of date on your forum.
