From what i gather you need to set the cookie prefix to be the same for both forums, so the same login is distributed among both forums. Even then i dont quite know how this will work.

Hmm, i have try it.
Im using different cookie prefix for each forum, and it is work if im login directly from each forum.
But if im login from Joomla it is still didn't work. Im already change the JFusion cookie setting for MyBB same as the forum.
Have anyone experience on integrating Joomla with MyBB?
If the MyBB just 1, i can integrated it without problem. But now im need 2 MyBB..

My experience with joomla is very minimal... Have you tried to ask this question in the jfusion forums?

Although I'm inexperienced with joomla, this case is interesting me if you don't care to PM me admin account I look further into this.
