how i can add ..new thread button.. in show thread with new reply.

New reply button exists when you open a topic. But New thread button appears only when u enter a forum. U cant create new thread inside an existing thread, u can reply only.

Isn't there a plugin for this ?
You can just put {$newthread} next to {$newreply}
