Hi there sorry to be a burden but I have just encounted another problem

When I try to make a backup in ACP I choose select all and the rest are defaults.

When I click perform back up, firefoxes save box appears but then an error appears:

C:\Users\ALEXUN~1\AppData\Local\Temp\y7oY_t3j.gz.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

And I cant save

Sounds like a Firefox problem to me, it can't access the temp copy of it, tried again or tried another browser...??

Ok in IE8 it worked, I guess I will just have to use that for backups.
