is there a way to get forum rules to show up in a category plus all the forum within the category without adding the rules to every forum?

the rules are showing up for me in the default mybb theme, but not a custom 1..what template do I need to edit to get it to show up in the custom theme?

if you look at that link in 'simple blue' the rules show up, but under the forum default, 'fresh blue', they do not. fresh blue is a custom theme.

Make sure '{$rules}' is in your forumdisplay template for the freshblue theme.
