?> symbol appears when I make a quick post reply, how can I solve this?

You have inserted a ?> tag too much in the showthread.php template

I can't find any ?> in showthread template.

I have searched in templates and no one contains string '?>'

Any idea? thank you in advance.

What plugins are you using?
php and mysql version
board url

I upgraded from 1.4.5 to 1.4.13, with no plugins (only Akismet). I can't post board url here (pm me if you need it)

PHP 5.2.13
MySQLi 5.0.91

I had the same problem in the previous version & server.

Reupload a fresh copy of ./xmlhttp.php

I assume it disappears when you refresh the page??
