Is there anybody that can help me?

I've tried both inline google translation (it doesn't work, and it's not what I want) and Mybb google translate (it's what I want, but it doesn't work ;( ).

I desperately need something for translating the content of my forum in other languages using google.

If your willing to pay contact Exdiogene or Pirata Nervo. Both are great plugin makers. They may offer a discount if you allow them to resell on their plugin sites.
