What about a function to reload/rebuild all caches at once?

All caches have to be reloaded 1 by 1
This is only in 1.6 that's why, it won't be added to 1.4, 1.6 is the new upcoming version of MyBB.

Well at once no, but you can rebuild all caches, your just gonna have to do it one by one in 1.6
