So i had the cookie issue, its all said and done, and resolved. Now its back again.

How does that happen?!
Like its fixed, but hey how'd it happen?

Could be the settings file maybe. Try deleting it and letting it regenerate from the database.
Other than that no idea Toungue

Are you accessing your site with and without www. when the cookie domain has www. at the start?? Then it'd only break if you didn't use www. in the URL when you accessed the site.

I think it's what Matt says, I suggest for SEO purposes and to solve this problem you set up a .htaccess redirect to send users to one or the other.
