You can change the name of the forum without having to get a new domain. However it is recommended that the name of your website matches the domain name. Doesn't make sense to call a website "Football Pros" when the domain is "cutecats.com".
It's up to you. I would recommend getting a new domain, preferably a TLD (.com, .net, .org)
If you mean changing the name of the actual domain, then no you can't change it. You'll have to buy a new one.

.co.cc will fail you. Buy a .com or .net or some other TLD.
