How can I disable all html tags from everywhere?
f.e. if there's a post with an unclosed iframe, it f*cks my forum up, and I cannot delete the post.

If u didn't enable HTML codes in ur forums all this mess, wouldn't have happend

anyway , in Admin CP > Forum Management > manager forums

edit all of ur forums, in each find

Allow HTML set it to NO
