Hello, I've searched and searched the forum trying to find the right solution to fix my problem to no avail...

I've uploaded the ShoutBox using Filezilla... no problems, I activated (Successfully) in my AdminCP... adjusted some of the settings in my AdminCP... The ShoutBox shows up on my forum (well, until, I deactivated since it's now working properly)

It says, "Loading..." and that's it. No Shouts are showing. I then clicked on the "Full Shout" or whatever it was called" and that is where I seen the "Test Shout" that is needed or It'll be loading forever...

I have myBB v 1.4.13 php v 5.3.2

Any help would be greatly appreciated! If this has already been addressed then please accept my apologies and point me to the proper forum. Thanks again!

You could look there as the loading issue is normally just the browser
Try IE8 or Google Chrome as they seem to be ok
What browser are you using?
(btw that fixed the prob at our site)

Try uninstalling the plugin then trying again remember not to delete te test shout, until you have shouted something

I did that before sucks.

Just uninstall like say above and re-install and it should work fine.

Yup I did it on purpose once to see what happened :p
