How do i run mybb on localhost? Is their any good tutorials out there?

[Wiki: Installing] (Broken link, head over to docs.mybb.com instead) after you have installed either Xampp or Wamp. (Google the url's).
Then set your cookie domain as blank.
So i install Wamp.. then i install MyBB the same way i would on a host. Then i set my cookie domain as blank.
I bolded the part i don't understand. How do i do that?
During installation it'll ask you for that information if I recall correctly, generally it should be empty, however if it isn't, just clear the field out.
