how can i embed my forums into an existing site?

Well, you could use an iFrame, and simply link to your forum. But with mybb, their ultimately is no way to get it right in your site.

You can integrate the login form into your website, so that way people can login from the website then go to the forums. http://community.mybb.com/thread-6190.html

To make it seem like they are embedded, you would just make the styles the same.

Don't use an iframe, it will cause you no end of problems.

Just edit the templates to put the style of your site into MyBB.

Just add your header and footer to the template files.
