hi, i want to stop users uploading their own avatars
but to HAVE to use those supplied by me (admin) in the avatar directory.
this is for a specific reason and not that i dont want users to have their own avatars but it is nessacery that this is the case.
i didnt see it in the options - maybe i missed it

when editing a certain group, you call disallow it from uploading avatars.
