For starters get rid of the www. in front of your subdomain support.bigboards.co.uk . It looks stupid.

Whatever script you are using on the support forums DaveUK has crashed your total registered user's count. It says there are no registered members.

Im using the default theme with rounded corners. I always think a support forum looks best using the default software - hope that makes sense!

You don't put it in when you have a subdomain. Yes on the main domain (
www.bigboards.co.uk) but not like this (
www.support.bigboards.co.uk) as it makes the user think the admin has two subdomains.
@OP: You may have to reinstall MyBB, your registered user counter is completely broken, it states nobody has registered, when you are registered.

1) Look at one of the various yes www sites.
2) That happens with auto installers and multiforum scripts.
Thanks, I was going to say that as default it dosent include the admin in the member stats.
