All it ever does is go to queue...and never sends.
No one gets the emails.

Run it manually.

It appears you forum has muitpul issues,
- Plugin settings are in the acp settings, however the plugin files are missing from inc/plugins .
- There is hundreds of template sets in the template part of the ACP.
I have tried everything to try and fix this
- Move the task code in the footer template.
- Revert the footer template
- Change themes to see if it is a theme related issue.
One last question, what is tasks.php CHMOD to?
I know why the plugins are like that. I previously had the forums on a different domain/server. And I made a backup and transferred to this one. I have to delete all the access plugins and themese that I no longer have.
It's set to read, write, and execute.
