I want to contact a domain owner, I whois the domain and got the owner's email but he is not replying. He is Russian, any Russian here?

Do a phone number trace, make sure its the same/similar to the address. If it isn't your screwed. If its about a theme, its better/easier to contact a host.

Russian domains are notorious for having fake numbers and addresses. I remember one of them had " 13 i kill you st, moscow, russia"

Report it to ICANN or the registrar as it is illegal to have false information on domains.
