Installation is remote on Windows server (has php support), with latest versions of PHP 4+ and MySql

Installation of software, database, tables went smoothly; access to Admin CP and all settings went smoothly; creation of categories, forums, users went smoothly.

But, I can neither "View Your Forums" from the administration page nor access the forums directly via the root "index.php" page. Only a blank frame or screen shows.

Help to resolve this problem would be appreciated! Big Grin

From the Admin CP, click Change Settings on the left, then "Server and Optimization..".

From there, attempt to disable GZIP page compression.

If that does not work, turn on the "Send Headers" functionality from the same place.

If neither work, can you please provide us with a URL to the board?

Thank you for your reply. Both possible solutions were tried but neither worked.

The url is http://cjamcenter.org. The home page (index.htm) redirects to the board (index.php).
