Hi I Would Suggest this idea giving example of my forum
so my forum is all about sharing softwares ,movies,games and all
and the users really find it unconvinent to keep on uploading content on rapidshare or MU or any other host
and it is very unconvinent to attach it with post

Well I had bought an unlimited hosting and MyBB only reuires very Little Space
So There Should Be Upload system Integrated in mybb itself so that people can upload files directly to my host and put the links

Additionally , i would like if it had a small user dedicated galley where users can comment too
Like I had uploaded xyz full version Software then i would go to my gallery and add some description and screenshots and also post it in my forum Topic

Well I Am aware that every Forum Members Upload something or the another so why go to different places when we have it all on MyBB itself

I am not sure if I understand you correct but we have an attachment system on every thread and reply that allows you to attach images and files. You can also download a gallery plugin for the last part.

Does Gallery plugin Keep track of users attachments ?

but i really think it should have a dedicated place for uploads
like the software websites have, split in categories
and a Universal Gallery Not a gallery of single person
like it keeps track of new uploads and users can rate and comment on that upload

You are looking for the plugin that I think is called MyDownloads.

^^ Does not support user uploads, only administrator can upload.

Besides, the site description sounds fishy w.r.t. this community's rules for helping.

The download manager pirata made supports user uploads.

But, I think your best bet for a gallery plugin would be coppermine with their bridge.

Because its easy enough to do without it. Ask TimB. I have(ad) one.

You could always try X threads - it has a downloads system you can set up, you can set upload/download permissions, there is a plug in gallery for latest pictures which you can put on your portal or index - you need to know some HTML and CSS though. I use it on my forum - try the link:
