I want to restore templates as default. Or replace template files with original mybb templates. Which files should I have to replace or any alternative way?

You revert templates to default in the ACP; ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > **expand template set** > **choose template group** > **choose template** > Options > Revert to Original.
Or, if you created a new theme by going to ACP > Templates & Style > Create New Theme, that'd make a new theme with the default templates.
