This morning I installed Hot Editor by GGDragon. So I put the files into Inc and Jscript than put the Richedit into my Public HTML folder which is my home folder. Or root what ever that lists
Admin,
Archieve,
Cache,
Images,
Inc,
Jscripts,
Uploads

and some PHP files.

Than I decided to delete it because I didnt want it and now this error showed up when i accessed my site. I need help please.

Reupload all the core MyBB files again, you've deleted something you shouldn't have, particularly ./inc/class_parser.php, but it'll be easier to upload everything again so you're sure you've got everything.

All the core? What are those rofl and how do I?

The ones in the main MyBB package, what you originally uploaded... download MyBB again, upload everything, then the file(s) you're missing will be back...

The same way you uploaded your files when you first installed, and the same way you uploaded the plugin... Use an FTP client, just upload the files again...
