MyBB WYSIWYG adds a realy cool editor like in vBulletin or WBB3 to your MyBB. It will support themes, which can be managed in the acp. You can also add own buttons to the editor in the acp. But the best is:

There exist 2 free editors with BBCode support you can already include in MyBB:
I tested both and they work very well with MyBB 1.4. But all of them have a big problem: They don't support smilies and attachments.
Does your editor support MyBB smilies and attachments?
Well, I will definately give it a shot as well when you release it. Most of my members came from from another forum using vBulletin and miss the wysiwyg editor.
We tried Hot Editor and tinyMCE and both caused problems.
