to not only tell you the ip of the visitor, but the port on which they visited the site with?

Can I just ask why you need this? Apache is usually only accessed with one port.

It probably wouldn't be possible anyway as that information isn't usually sent through the browser (in the user agent string etc.)

I'm using Labrocca's proxy killer, it kills proxies based on ports. I am dealing with a lot of spammers on my board and they seem to be using some proxies that are getting past my blocks. So I want to know what ports they're using so I can block them.
