I wasn't sure if this was a problem or what have you, so I posted this thread:

To find out, Polarbear told me it's supposed to be like that.

So I'm suggesting that Admins/Mods should be able to override the No PM setting without having to run queries or edit the user's settings,etc.

I acept that some people don't want loads of PM's, but admins/mods should be trusted enough to only PM a user if they need to.

For those who don't like this idea, there could be a setting in the Admin CP which disallows this behaviour alltogether.

Anyway, just a suggestion.
