i converted My IPB 2.3 Forum to MyBB But i got a problem all members have the same E-mail Adress admin@localhost Why now its a problem for me Mass Email my Members . Need help .

Never heard of this one before. If you still have a backup of the original emails then can't you just copy them across to the MyBB database?

That is a strange one, taking a glance at the code for that module it doesn't seem like that should happen. But then, I am kinda tired.
Looked again at the code today since I'm awake now. This should not be the fault of the MyBB Merge System's IPB module. I've double checked it, and its a straight import of the data. Sorry.

That's wierd. I had a similiar problem with regdate. It would show their regdate as the current time.
I would run the merge system again, make sure you keep a backup before you convert.
