I have undertaken a completely fresh installation of 1.4.13 and this went without a hitch. If I go to the Admin page and select Themes I can see DEFAULT but if I select to edit it I get the following page information:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/admin/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I also get this if I try to edit the main account (Users and Groups - Edit).
Any ideas why?
