Hello.
How can I change default friendly urls? for example "t1.html" instead of "thread-1.html".
Except htaccess, Which file need change? and what change?

You can't edit the rewrites that are part of MyBB. Tried this before, got 500 server errors everywhere.

Get Google SEO for that kind of thing.

You can change them if you edit the rules in the .htaccess file and the URLs in ./inc/init.php; if they're defined somewhere there'd always be some way of changing them.
