When there are multiple users online, the who's online list sometimes doesn't display a certain user. And I know where online, because we all talk to everyone on the shoutbox, and it'll show two people online, but four people will be talking on the shoutbox.

My MyBB is 1.4.13, the addons I have installed are: Game Section, Newpoints, Stephen's plug in manager, index boxes, MyShoutbox, Advanced Quick Reply Form, and Ads manager.

What's your cut off time set to? It may be that; just because they are active in the shoutbox, MyBB doesn't realise they have been active (by browsing between different pages). Which means that after your cut off time they would 'appear offline'.

If a user (Your member) is only using the shoutbox and hasn't reloaded a forum page in the cutoff time you specified in the ACP, he will not appear as online.
