How would I add a banner or text on the right side of the header for the Afresh Midnight theme by Justin.S?

Heres my forum: www.forumlair.com - I just want the blank space on the right hand side of the header filled in. By maybe adding icons for Twitter, Digg etc...

i'd like to know this too! How to add a banner just below the main banner too!
